Could it of been damaged in transit?

Get them to forward you some photos.

Hi,

Unless you packed for steamrollers then it may well have been damaged in transit.

Ask the buyer to send you photos of both the item and the packaging and ask them to retain both.

If it's transit damage you can file a claim with the courier and attach the photos, but buyer should retain in case they want to inspect.
