THere isn't a lot of moiney around at the minute so many people are spending less than normal.

Also we are between seasons and a lot of people are trying to put off buying winter clothes as long as possible.

Your no returns policy will also put a lot of people off, best say you do accept them if there is a problem with the item, if ebay get involved if the buyer opens a dispute you will be forced to accept a return and refund.
