If it already has bids on it is too late to do a buy it now and would be unfair to the bidders you have.

Most people asking for a BIN are after a bargain and you may get more by leaving it to auction.
Tell them to bid like the rest

It would be considered poor seller practice to end and relist,and many that ask for a BIN don't actually follow through,so best leave it as it is.
