How do you block people from bidding as i have one lady that keeps winning my items and not paying?!

You need to complete unpaid item disputes against her for every item she has purchased. You must open the disputes within 32 days of the end of the sale and close them by day 36.

I hope you're opening non payment disputes against her for every unpaid item. these will helpmget rid of her from ebay and do us all a favour.
