HI, HOW MANY DAYS AFTER PURCHASING ITEM CAN BUYER CLAIM THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

I SOLD SOME SHOES OVER 6 WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE JUST BEEN E-MAILED BY THE BUYER TO SAY THEY HAVE NOT RECIVED THEM.

I DID NOT POST RECORDED DELIVERY.

Buyer has 45 days to open a dispute....they might be just in time.

 

If this is so you will need to refund as you have no proof of delivery.

 

Hopefully if this is the case you might still have your POP so you would then need to claim from RM.
