Buyer should update her Paypal account or eBay account and then select the new address when going through checkout.

For an item of that value though, many sellers would simply send to the new address and get a certificate of posting from the PO - covers most items up to £46.

get them to add there new details to paypal..there has been a post on here tonight where the seller has posted an item to the address on ebay details and the buyer is saying not received because the paypal address is different.

As item is low value and being sent unrecorded it should not be problematic.

In the event of an INR seller would be liable to make a refund anyway as delivery could not be proved as unrecorded.

Just make sure that you hang on to your POP in the event of an INR so you could claim from PO ( you should always do this ).
