is anyone else having trouble uploading pics or getting in touch with ebay? the contact page appears to have disappeared

If contact us has disappeared then it sounds like a browser problem.

Many things have gone haywire since the new logo and other updates.

Firefox was always the best browser here but even that seems to be struggling.

Try Google Chrome or even Internet Explorer (IE 8 had issues last week though).

Make sure you have the latest version of flashplayer installed.

Lots of questions about uploading photos so you are not alone.

I've heard these issues appear to be tied to the new update for firefox (with isolated reports of issues with IE 8 but these are not confirmed.

While we wait for Firefox to get their stuff sorted we will be looking to get something done at our end to fix it temporarily.

In the meantime:

- If you are using Firefox 16 or higher, switch back to an older version or instead of using the Sell an Item option use Sell Similar from another listing.

- If you are using Internet Explorer 8, switch to an older or newer version of IE or i

- If you are using the Basic up-loader switch to the Standard up-loader and vice versa.

- You can  also switch to a different browser like Chrome, Opera and Safari (for MAC users).

ebay haven,t cured the problem, I still cannot load pictures either!! whats gone wrong with this site?
