Please help - all my 16 listings which are good till cancelled ended yesterday saying I had cancelled them. I have not done this. Does this mean someone has been on my account? Also I have had to pay now to relist them - I have informed ebay should I get a refund?

Only eBay will be able to tell you that.

If the 30 days were up yesterday, then you would still have incurred fees for the next 30 day period:
