What can i do. I have already emailed them to say that when a bid is placed it is legally binding and they cant just simply change there mind but i have had no response. I had a lot of bidding on the item and would like to do a second chance offer. Can i just go ahead and do this?

After 4 days, Report non payment, close after another 4 days, buyer gets a strike, you get your fees back, You can then relist. Or offer a SCO,

You need to sort this buyer out before you try to sell it again..

Don't offer them a cancellation...

Open an unpaid item dispute after 4 days on non-payment and close it after a further 4 days if they still haven't paid.

They will get a strike on their account and you will get your selling fees back and can relist if you wish.

The non-payer will not be able to leave you any feedback once the dispute has closed,

Add them to your blocked bidders list:

Hi  tazthai,

Very good advice above however you have now opened the way to serious damage being done to your account by leaving this buyer a false positive which is a policy violation.

The false positive will be removed if reported and a violation put on your account. If the buyer does pay this could guarantee bad feedback from them including low DSR.

Never ever leave feedback for a non-payer.
