How do we contact ebay, if we wish to report a seller who is blatantly trying to defraud buyers

There is an ebay seller who is deliberately send out an inferior product to the one described and shown in his listing and then trying to mislead the buyer by saying it is a newer & better model.

Whilst he did refund my money, I still lost out on the return postage. Reading his reviews it appears that I am not the only one he has done this too.

Should ebay not take action against this kind of fraudulent behaviour

Hi,

There is a 'report' link top right of description on listings.

You can  also contact eBay direct:

http://ocs.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactCS&ref=1&topicrelid=5007580130&sid=5243536259&convId=0&ContactCsResultsPage=true

As they registered UK Business you can also report to their local Trading Standards.

Thank you for your comment crackle_frodo.

However I have tried this avenue, but the selection options offered are NOT appropriate in this instance, hence maybe are directed to the wrong person or department.

Is there no DIRECT complains channel, for items areas of concern that do not fit into the slots that ebay as provided ?
