Have been contacted by a buyer asking for a BIN price but one bid equal to starting price has already been placed, can I amend listing?

Hi,

 

No you can't add a BIN once you receive a bid on the auction.

 

It would be unfair on existing bidder to cancel and relist - and not good selling practice.

 

Those who ask for a BIN are often hoping for a bargain.  As most bids are placed in the last few minutes of a auction it's usually best to let it run and invite the person to bid.
