how do I cancel a bid?
Oct 1, 2012 04:15 PM

I sold 2 items this weekend, but have found 1 of them still active and listed twice at the original starting price. .  In fact it has a bid on it.

How do unlist this and cancel any bids before it becomes a problem.  I really don't know how that happened.

And how do I find the similar question I put on here on Sunday?

You need to end your auction early.

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/end_early.html

make sure you select the option to cancel all bids.

To find your previous question you can click on the "my activity" tab. It's just below the featured question and above the rest of the questions on the answer centre home page.

Here's a link to it.

Thank you both.  Very helpful.

Have taken the appropriate actions and cleared the listings.

Still don't know how it happened though.
