Can buyers from BElgium bid on the uk site

CAn someone please tell me if buyers from the EU can bid on the UK site. SOmeone has asked me to remove an item from sale so they can buy it as they live in Belgium and cannot bid. I do not know if this is true

Yes they can.

 

Individual sellers can chose to allow or not allow buyers from counties that they don't post to.

If your listing is UK-only most buyers outside the UK will automatically be blocked from bidding.

 

You can add an overseas buyer's ID to your exemption list to let them bid:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin

And if they win increase postage to correct amount on invoice before you send it to them.
