which courier i have to use and telling me to use economy delivery as its cheaper, but i need to get this parcel out today and need courier to collect today as today is my only day off, as i work from 10am 7am  6 days a week and dont have time to sit about waiting for couriers, item is to heavy to take on bus to post office however postage with RM would be more expensive anyway.  AM i right in thinking that i set postage rates and if he didn't like price he should not of bid.

When buyers bid they are accepting the terms of your listing, and have no right to dictate,so continue as normal and report and block if they refuse to honour your terms.

They should of raised issues prior to bidding.

I agree that buyer knew P&P before bidding, however looking at your DSR's you are being marked down for despatch & P&P, you need to try & post quicker & for cheaper cost, otherwise e bay may put restrictions on you, maybe add some of P&P to start price.
