How long does a buyer have before I can chase him officially about collecting paid for goods? The payment was made 7 days ago. I would like the goods collected a.s.a.p.

Use this link to get their contact info:-

Then phone them to discuss, giving them at least two suggested dates.

 

If no joy then go and open an unpaid dispute.  For the future, you can do this 4 full days after a listing ends.

did you put any collection details as to when and how soon the winning bidder collects.you should of put cash on collection.you need to make contact to the fact that they cannot send a courier due to packing costs (this might be the hold up).if they agree to cash on collection refund only when you have it in an ebay message.
