hi, i want to contact ebay about this but for some reason i can't find the correct sub-heading in 'contact ebay'. i am quite sure this seller is wrongly trying to claim back money from me for items they say never arrived, what should i do?

If you can't prove delivery then you should refund and claim from RM for your loss.
