as above, his postcode was wrong, so i told him to update. but paypal is still showing his old one.
I presume you refunded him before he made the change, and then he re-paid?
If that is what happened then he needs to telephone paypal and tell them their systems aren't working.
Paypal seem to like using old addresses, although they deny that this can happen.
i had a feeling i shall refund him and make him pay again. should this work?
