My buyer did not receive item.I have completed the post office form after waiting requred time, and told the buyer it is readt to post.

Do i now repay the buyer first, or, wait for post office reply to myself.

You need to refund the buyer now before the RM claim concludes as it can take a couple of weeks,and buyers dont expect to wait that long

The buyer's refund is not dependent on you getting anything from Royal Mail so there would be no point in waiting. Even if, for some reason, you don't get a refund your buyer is still entitled to one.
