was the address the same on the PayPal payment notification as it was on the eBay invoice?

You should always post to the PayPal address not eBays invoice (sometimes they're different)

The only way you can avoid having to refund a buyer is to send by trackable post to the address in Paypal to show delivery/attempted delivery.

If you did not send tracked then you will have to refund and hope it finds its way back to you.

Which could take some time.

Hi.

If not sent recorded you will not win any case opened against you and will hurt your account

Lost in post usally goes to ireland for resorting may take 2-3 months to come back

Best refund get Paypal fees back and send cancel request to get Ebay fees back if you can get buyer to agree

When returned you can resell.

Mutual cancelation
