any help on going about this the right way would be greatly appreciated.. a buyer asked if i could add a buy now price onto one of my listings, it was back and forth on a price and i she eventually decided and agreed on one, i put a buy now on and 2 days after she mailed me saying she could not buy as i had not put one on, ( someone had bid and of course buy now option was cancelled ) i emailed her this and by some miracle the bidder removed the bid and she then bought for agreed price. then i recieved this message under a minute after she had bought item
..,,,,,.Hi sorry I thought you ment 13.99 including packaging as otherwise it will be nearly £20. Are all the products full as then I might do it.,,,,,
the description is VERY clear in what the products are and now she is not paying, suggestions would be helful, its cost me to list then buy now then final fees
