can blocked buyers be stopped from contacting me.

Hi there

Just wondered if anybody could help me please.

Can you stop people who you have added to your blocked bidder list from contacting you. Can't seem to find out if I can or not.

Right at the bottom of your buyer requirement list is an option which says,

Don't allow Blocked Bidders to Contact me.

You need to tick this box the 'Submit'

Thanks for your answer.

I had a look at the link you gave me and I have already ticked the box. Is it because the buyer was a non payer who I completed an unpaid dispute with prior to blocking them.

If you have complete a transaction with a buyer and they have your contact details you won't be able to stop them contracting you.
