We have not changed any of our auto feedback settings but since ebay has changed all the icons etc. just recently our auto feedback does not appear to be working. We have had to go back and leave feedback manually, which is not only a pain, but we also feel gives a bad impression to our customers if we have missed replying to their positive feedback.
Is anybody else having this problem??
