Hi,

If you have no bids on the item you can revise the listing and change the start price to that agreed and once they have bid 'end the listing early to sell to the highest bidder':

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/end_early.html

If you revise and add a BIN price then it has to be a minimum of 40% higher than auction start price.  You'll also need to have them on standby to buy in case someone else jumps in.

If you have bids, then it would be unfair on existing bidders to cancel and relist.

Those who ask for a BIN are usually hoping for a bargain.  As most bids are placed in the last few minutes of an auction, it's often best to let it run and invite the person to bid.

You dont just end the item - a buyer has to bid to win.

If you have bids you cant do this. As long as no bids, revise to agreed amount and get buyer to bid.

Use drop-down menu next to the item on your my ebay page and select end my listing - sell to highest bidder.

If the auction has more than 12 hours to run and you have no bids you can revise your listing with the agreed amounts and when your buyer bids, end the listing and sell to the highest bidder.

If the auction has less than 12 hours to run you can't revise.

If you have bids on the listing you won't be able to revise the listing and should really let the auction run its course to be fair to the existing bidder and anyother possible bidder.

Your buyer who want the BIN can still make a bid and if they really want the item it should be the highest and winning bid.
