Hi,

You have to confirm a bid a couple of times, so a bit difficult to bid accidentally!

Open an Unpaid Item Dispute 4 days after listing end i order to get the final value fee credit, so the buyer gets a strike on their account and they are prevented from leaving feedback.

If you go the mutual cancellation route they may 'accidentally' press the wrong button so you won't receive the credit.  Plus thye don't get a strike and can still leave feedback!

Add them to your blocked bidder list:

I don't think I believe them either.

Go down the Unpaid Item Dispute Route if I were you.
