not able to upload pictures

Hi I was unable to upload photos on advanced sell a week ago but did manage to with the quick sell. Today in advance it says photo uploaded but no picture appears in the box....so frustrating...cant even load in the quick sale now. I have cleared cookies etc and everything else on my computer is as it was so don't think there is a problem there. Anyone else having this problem please

Photos have always caused problems. It seems worse since the new logo and several other updates.

Try a different browser.

Firefox is usually the best, but seemingly has its own problems at the moment. Google Chrome is ok for me, but I haven't tried uploading photos to a listing.

Some people are saying that Internet Explorer is ok, whereas usually that is not the best option.

Trial and error I'm afraid.

Make sure you have the latest version of flashplayer installed.

there seem to have been issues with firefox for a few days

if you are using firefox swap to chrome

you can add pictures to the description by self hosting for free

I had the same problem with chrome but worked ok with outlook express with one lot and chrome worked with another set so it could be trial and error

Hi I am with firefox and have just installed latest flashplayer ...fed up now but thanks for all you answers will try chrome
