Well, my customer has missed their delivery 3 times (the 3rd time they claimed, waited in all day, but they only were left with a calling card!)
My point, is now that I'm trying to contact My Hermes, to find out what I can do, either, re-schedule for the customer or request the item be sent back to me. I plan to use Royal Mail, as at least they can leave the parcel at the local post depot for the customer to collect the item itself.
Will probably have to receive bad feedback from the customer and refund monies. Contacting My Hermes is slow and virtually expensive to call up.
Probably first & last time I use them for ebay items. It's not worth the hassle and frustration to use these guys - cheap as it is!
"Pay peanuts...you get monkeys!", comes to mind!
