ACAF leader/moderators cannot be held as a whole or individually liable or legally responsiblity for ANY content/remarks made by any person/s on the forum. By joining this group as a member you are accepting this statement. This forum is dedicated to autograph collecting and helping/assisting new collectors. This is a free speech forum. ACAF cannot stop libelous/damaging post/s but if any post is deemed unacceptable/damaging the post we will removed/edited by ACAF leader/moderators if additional evidence/proof can be provided to confirm the original post is totally un-true. Any posts/remarks made by ANY member are the sole responsibilty of the person/s posting and by joining the group you again accept this as part of an open free speech forum. Please be aware of any post/s you make YOU are responsible and not the ACAF leader/moderators.
Under no circumstances will ANY racist/abusive threatening behaviour be tolerated on this forum. You will be advised and if continued breaches of rules you will be banned from using the forum.
You must fully respect other members of forum at all times. Everyone has there own opinions and views so this must be respected at all times.
No links or outside selling references unless permission is given by ACAF leader/moderators.
No ZERO-FEEDBACK members are accepted, unless identity is made known to ACAF leader/moderators. We are suspicious of Zero Feedback members as they may be members who have been previously banned. We will ban members without any prior notice who we believe to be using secondary accounts that are linked to banned accounts or alias id's. We will also ban members we believe who are trouble makers without any prior notice. We want to have active members who use the forum regularly for sole purpose of autograph collecting.
Only the Recommended Dealers list on ACAF is the preferred list of dealers we recommend. Please note this does not mean any other seller/dealer are rogue - we have a recommended dealers list as we have used these dealers/sellers personally.
